RIFLE RANGE
Please remember these few items when using the rifle range:
Never shoot a firearm if someone is downrange of the muzzle on any of the ranges.
Only shoot the 50, 100, or 200 yard targets in front of the appropriate berm.
Place the target height at 4 or 5 feet from the ground.
Always be sure your bullet impacts the berm behind your target.
Sight in your rifle at a shorter distance using the 50 yard berm first before firing an untried rifle at 100 or 200 yards.
Leave the temporary target stands in place on the range; just remove your paper target when finished shooting.
Please drive on the gray rock and only walk on the natural color rock that are spread out in front of the berms.
There are targets for sale in the club house for 75 cents. If you use the USPSA targets, you can flip them to the white side and it's much easier to see the targets against the dirt berm.
