Hello CASA member

CASA is open to general shooting in a limited capacity.  Most of the pistol bays have been set up with props for the IDPA state match to be used later this week.

The only bays open from now until Friday evening are bays 3, 11 and rifle range.  As of Saturday morning, ALL bays will be closed for the IDPA state match.  Feel free to come and watch if you’d like.  Shooting will be from 8am until around 3.

The range will open back up Sunday morning.  Some or all the props might still be in place on Sunday, the tear down crew will finish the cleanup that day.

Steel Challenge Results – May 2012

Hello Shooter

CASA is having another fun USPSA club match this coming Sunday, May 6.  This is the last CASA club match before the Section Handgun match in June, so get your trigger time in.  Minimum round count is 131, match fee is $15, sign in starts at 9:30 and the shooters meeting is at 10 sharp!  As always, we could use help with set up on Saturday, May 5^th.  We are at CASA by 9am to start the process of building cities out of see thru walls.  As usual, there is a classifier, so if you’re out of classifier ammo, call Yuth, we probably has a case of high primered rounds just waiting for that light strike.  Bob Houston is out of town for this match, so there will not be any 978 yard weak hand 4 second standards.  Sorry Bob, I had to get that gig in.   Love ya man!

AR Section Handgun Championship entry form and stages are attached.  Less than 3 weeks until the late fee kicks in and it costs you another $25.

Shooters,

IDPA match this Saturday (21 Apr) at CASA. Shooter’s meeting at 1000,  match begins immediately after. Price is $10.  The weather is supposed to be good.

I could use SO and scorekeeper help Sat morning at 0700.  We’ll try to get most of it set up Friday afternoon.

The next IDPA match as CASA after this will be the State Championship, so come join us and get some good practice.

Hello Shooter,

This is a reminder that CASA will be holding a Steel Challenge match this coming Saturday, April 14th. Set up starts at 9am, sign in starts at 9:30 and the shooters’ meeting is at 10:00. $10 match fee, 5 stages of fire, and 125 rounds minimum. You should probably bring more in case you miss.

The temperatures should be ideal so be sure to come out and sharpen your skills in the most affordable shooting opportunity available in Arkansas!!!!!
